Polygon, a game-development blog, has found a few sites that still don’t have their optimized versions of the Google Play store or Google Analytics dashboard ready to be displayed.
Polygon reached out to Google to ask if it could help improve the Google search results on its own sites.
The search engine declined to comment.
Polygon also contacted Google about the lack of optimized pages for its own content.
Google did not reply to Polygon’s requests for comment.
Google has been cracking down on sites that are too big to ignore and has also made changes to its search results to make them more relevant.
Polymoron found that some of the most popular games and other apps that are still showing up in Google’s results are not optimized.
For example, Polygon found that the game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which was ranked No. 1 in Google Play, is still listed as “in progress” on the Google analytics site, which is currently in beta.
Polymoron says that it’s not uncommon for the company to have to work hard to get the optimization of its site optimized.
“We’re working hard every day on improving our sites and optimizing the experience of our users,” Polymoran CEO Alex De Luca said in a statement to Polymorons blog.
“As Google continues to roll out updates to its APIs and search results, we will continue to focus on making our site even better.”
